Welcome to our site!  We are Pat and Kristin Hain, Independent Star Diamond Beachbody Coaches and we want to help you get your life and health on track!

A breif history about us:

We live in Lincoln, NE and met in 2004 at a local gym.  At the time we were both involved in weightlifting, kickboxing and other activities at the gym.  In 2008 we discovered the Coaching opportunity offered by Beachbody and it was a perfect fit not only for our shared interest in physical fitness, but for our future goals with our family and finances!  To learn more about each of us individually, click on our personalized coach pages listed at the left of this page.
